We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hotel Porter / Valet Driver to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist with guest luggage and provide general porter services.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Maintain the presentation of the hotel entrance and lobby.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Full Australian Driver Licence (essential).
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently.
- Previous porter, valet, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
