Job Title: Hotel Porter (Casual / On-Call)
We are currently seeking professional and reliable Hotel Porters to join our team on a casual, on-call basis across multiple hospitality venues. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, have a positive attitude, and are flexible with working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests with luggage and directions
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Supporting front office operations when required
- Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and public areas
- Handling guest requests efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous porter or customer service experience preferred (hotel experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting luggage
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid Australian work rights
