Position

Customer Service / Front of House Team Member (Casual / Part-Time)

We're looking for friendly, energetic and reliable team members who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Your Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a genuine smile and make them feel at home
Take orders and answer menu questions confidently
Serve customers efficiently from the counter
Prepare drinks and assist with food service
Deliver fast, friendly and accurate service during busy periods
Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Keep the dining area clean, organised and inviting
Work closely with the kitchen and teammates to keep service running smoothly
Maintain outstanding customer service standards throughout every shift

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality, café, restaurant or customer service experience is highly preferred
Experience working in a busy café, restaurant or takeaway environment will be highly regarded
A warm, friendly personality with a big smile that makes every customer feel genuinely welcome
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

Availability

Casual or Part-Time position
Must be available to work Monday to Friday
Flexible availability between 8:00am and 6:00pm
Approximately 15–30 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on business needs
