Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages
- Explaining menu items and making recommendations when needed
- Ensuring tables are clean and well-presented at all times
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
- Supporting team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Following hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends (flexible roster)
- Valid working rights in Australia
