The Creative Director will lead Fabulate’s creative and strategic output across all creator and influencer marketing initiatives, defining how the business responds to briefs, shapes campaign thinking, and positions itself in market.
This role is responsible for setting the standard of creative excellence at Fabulate. You will not only lead ideation, but define what great creator marketing looks like, ensuring all work is culturally relevant, strategically sound, and commercially impactful.
You will lead both day-to-day creative responses through a team and large-scale RFPs alongside Commercial Directors, transforming client challenges into compelling creative platforms that win business and deliver results.
Operating as Fabulate’s leading creative voice, you will bring a clear point of view on the creator economy, combining cultural insight, platform understanding, and original thinking. You will challenge briefs, uncover deeper strategic opportunities, and translate them into ideas that resonate with audiences and drive performance.
Sitting within the Product and Strategy team, this role operates at the intersection of creativity, commercial outcomes, and technology. You will work closely with product, sales, and marketing to ensure creative thinking is aligned with Fabulate’s platform capabilities and growth objectives.
This is both a leadership and visibility role. You will represent Fabulate externally through pitches, presentations, and thought leadership, becoming a recognised voice in the industry while elevating the standard of creative output internally.

What a #DITL Looks Like
No two days are the same, but a typical day in this role balances creative thinking, team
leadership, and client influence.
You might start the morning reviewing active briefs with the team, challenging initial directions, sharpening the strategic angle, and pushing for stronger, more distinctive ideas. This is where you set the tone for the day, ensuring the work is not just good, but worth paying attention to.
Mid-morning could shift into a pitch workstream, shaping the narrative for a major RFP alongside Commercial Directors. You are refining the story, tightening the core idea, and ensuring the presentation builds belief, not just understanding.
By late morning, you may be presenting to a client, walking them through a campaign concept. This is not just about explaining the work, but influencing how they think about creator marketing and positioning Fabulate as a strategic partner.
Afternoons often move between creative reviews and collaboration. You might be workshopping ideas with the team, providing feedback that elevates the work, or partnering with product and strategy teams to align creative thinking with platform capabilities and data insights.
There will also be time spent developing Fabulate’s voice in market. This could involve contributing to a thought leadership piece, preparing for an industry panel, or refining how Fabulate presents its perspective on the future of creator marketing.
Throughout the day, you are balancing multiple priorities. Leading teams, shaping ideas, influencing clients, and ensuring everything that leaves the business meets a high creative standard.
The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the work is varied. The role requires someone who thrives in that environment and enjoys turning complexity into clear, compelling creative direction.
