Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas' retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional to join our team and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW on a CASUAL basis.

If you're an efficient, pro-active retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and you'd love to work for a global brand - then we are looking for you!

Key responsibilities:

Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.
The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
