The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced section waiters/waitresses and bartenders to join our FOH team. If you are professional, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.
Section Waiter / Waitress – What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience managing your own section in a high-end or busy restaurant
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional approach
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktails
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Mandarin-speaking a plus
- Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights
Bartender – What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender with strong knowledge of classic drinks
- Experience in high-volume, professional hospitality environments
- Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service
- Leadership experience and ability to work within a team environment
- Valid RSA and competency card
- Creative, hands-on, and proactive approach with a positive, ego-free attitude
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Pay: $33.83 – $34.96 per hour
