Our ADR and ECE compliant LED lighting is engineered and built for Australian conditions and trusted across trucks, trailers, fleets, mining, buses, caravans and commercial applications. From auto electricians and fleet operators to caravan specialists and retailers, our customers rely on us for premium product, straight technical advice and responsive support.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, keen and results driven Territory Manager to grow our NSW territory.

This is a remote, home office based role with a full focus on sales. You'll spend most of your week on the road and in front of customers, building relationships, chasing new business and representing the Whitevision brand across Sydney and the wider NSW market. You'll manage your own diary and territory, with the backing of a supportive head office team in Melbourne.

It's an exciting opportunity in a friendly and supportive environment. We're after someone who loves to hunt new sales, thrives on a win, and can show real, solid, consistent results. Experience in the auto electrical and vehicle lighting industries is highly regarded.

Travel: You'll be on the road across Sydney and the wider NSW market most of the weeks. Covering regional NSW will involve overnight stays away from home. Trips are planned in advance, and Whitevision covers all travel and accommodation costs.

What You'll Do

Secure new business across your territory
Grow existing business, accounts and relationships
Spend most of your week in the field, face to face with customers
Sell across every channel including face to face, phone and email
Schedule and manage your own customer appointments and call cycle
Prepare and raise quotations, and follow them through to close
Operate and maintain an active sales pipeline
Complete regular sales reporting on activity, pipeline and results
Attend regular sales meetings, trade shows and industry events
Research the market and actively seek out new opportunities
Manage your own territory and diary effectively
Work closely with the head office team as part of a supportive crew

What You'll Bring

A genuine hunter's mindset, with a love of chasing new sales and closing the win
A track record of solid, consistent sales results
Experience in the auto electrical, vehicle lighting or automotive aftermarket industries (highly regarded)
A current driver licence (essential)
The self discipline and drive to work autonomously from a home office and manage your own week
Strong phone and computer skills (essential), comfortable with email, CRM and everyday office software
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A great work ethic and a positive, team focused attitude
Comfortable travelling across Sydney and NSW most of the week
