Job DescriptionSales Consultant – Digital Marketing (Remote)

Company: Clickmatix
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time)
Base Salary: AUD $30,000–$50,000 per year (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to AUD $150,000+ annually

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with prospective clients and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
Sell services including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website Design, and other digital marketing solutions.
Manage inbound leads by qualifying opportunities and converting them into long-term clients.
Understand client objectives, identify business challenges, and recommend appropriate marketing strategies.
Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Build long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in selling digital marketing or agency services.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Design, and other digital marketing services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results.
Ideal candidates who have sold SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or website projects within a digital marketing agency.
Average monthly retainers range from AUD $999–$5,000+, with website projects ranging from AUD $3,500–$20,000.
