About the role

As a Restaurant Leader at Kickin'Inn, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant in Zetland, NSW. This full-time role will see you overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Salary

We value talent that is why we are offering a salary range of $71,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on your experience and the unique flavour you bring to our tribe.

What you will be doing

Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training and performance management
Ensure excellent guest service and a seamless dining experience for guests
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and control restaurant inventory, costs and budgets
Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Support the overall strategic direction of the restaurant and contribute to its growth

What we are looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' full-time (pro-rata) experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of performance
Sound financial and inventory management skills
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
