$28.31 base hourly pay rate

Additional information:

These opportunities are Permanent Full-time (76hrs/fortnight) and Permanent Part-time (30-60hrs/fortnight)
You will work on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 10:00pm on weekdays, and 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

Recruitment process:

Team vision (text) As a Sales Co-worker, you’ll help create an inspiring and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Working across Showroom and Markethall departments, you’ll combine customer interaction with hands-on store tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

Approaching customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable home furnishing solutions.
Actively selling the IKEA range and promoting services to enhance the customer experience.
Keeping your area clean, well-stocked, organised and correctly priced.
Maintaining and refreshing displays through basic visual merchandising and stock condensing.
Replenishing stock and preparing sales spaces using safe manual handling techniques.
Assembling products to ensure strong presentation and functionality.
Using IKEA systems to provide accurate product information and support order placement.
Working collaboratively with your team and other departments to deliver great results.
