About the Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the Bambu Lab brand, delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while helping customers choose the right printers, accessories, and materials for their needs.
You'll demonstrate products, answer technical questions, recommend suitable solutions, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Whether your customer is purchasing their first printer or expanding an existing workshop, you'll help make their buying journey enjoyable and informative.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional and friendly service.
· Engage with walk-in customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.
· Demonstrate Bambu Lab printers and explain key product features and workflows.
· Recommend suitable printers, accessories, filaments, and consumables based on customer applications.
· Explain the differences between printer models, materials, and printing technologies in a clear and confident manner.
· Assist customers with basic setup, software, and printing enquiries.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
· Process sales transactions, quotations, and customer orders accurately.
· Maintain excellent store presentation, merchandising, and product displays.
· Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
· Assist with product demonstrations, workshops, promotional events, and new product launches.
· Work closely with the warehouse, technical support, and management teams to ensure excellent customer service.
· Stay up to date with Bambu Lab products, software updates, and additive manufacturing technologies.

Highly Regarded
· Previous retail or sales experience.
· Experience working in technology or consumer electronics retail.
· Knowledge of Bambu Lab printers or FDM 3D printing.
· Familiarity with Bambu Studio or other slicing software.
· Understanding of common 3D printing materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, and engineering-grade filaments.
· Mandarin language skills.
· Experience working towards individual or team sales targets.
Working Hours
· Generally aligned with shopping centre trading hours (approximately 9:30am–6:00pm).
· Weekend and public holiday availability is required as part of a rotating roster.
