Position: Sales Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)
Location: Shop 8/Town hall square, 468-480 Kent street
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product displays.
- Replenish stock, manage inventory on shelves, and ensure accurate price tags.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the POS.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not essential.
