Full Job Description

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are hiring Production Worker - Cutter to join our rapidly growing organisation. No prior experience is required and comprehensive training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable skills and contribute to the production of a high-quality footwear. You have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate footwear machinery including glue application, cutting machine, heat pressing equipment in accordance with company standards and specifications.
Identify and address any defects or issues to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.
Ability to adhere to the work health and safety guidelines.
Assist with other tasks to support production target and deadline.

You must be:

Fit and strong with ability to follow instructions.
No prior experience necessary and willingness to learn and grow.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensure high quality standards.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
