As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients and contractors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the on-boarding department, ensuring efficient on-boarding, maintaining customer records, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
Process customer on-boarding accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and monitor client status, and requests.
Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or office administration role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation.
