Full Job Description

Workday success depends on how confidently people can use it in their day-to-day work. The Consultant role exists to support the delivery of experience-led adoption, helping ensure that change, training, and enablement activities are executed to a high standard and aligned to how Workday is configured and used.

As a Consultant, you will support Adoption & Experience engagements by delivering change, training, and enablement activities under the guidance of more senior practitioners. You will contribute to high-quality deliverables, support user engagement and training, and progressively build confidence in Workday-specific adoption approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Support delivery of adoption activities across change, communications, training, and enablement workstreams.
Develop high-quality deliverables such as job aids, training materials, communications, and in-system guidance content.
Support training delivery, workshops, and user engagement sessions.
Apply Adoption & Experience standards, templates, and playbooks consistently.
Build understanding of how Workday configuration impacts user experience and adoption.
Support adoption measurement activities (e.g., surveys, data preparation, dashboards)
Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Foundational understanding of organisational change, learning, or enablement concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Curiosity about digital adoption, user experience, and Workday
Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
Change, learning, or HR-related study or experience desirable.
