DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Principal Transformation Consultant – Organisational Change Management (OCM) to join our Sydney team.
This is a senior client-facing role leading Organisational Change Management across complex business and technology transformation programs, with an initial focus on a major SAP transformation for a valued client.
As an OCM subject matter expert, you will partner with executive stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise change strategies that drive organisational readiness, accelerate adoption, and realise lasting business outcomes. Working at the intersection of business transformation, organisational behaviour, and technology, you will help clients successfully embed new ways of working and build sustainable organisational capability.
Beyond client delivery, you will play a key role in growing DXC's Transformation Consulting practice by contributing to thought leadership, business development, and the ongoing evolution of our Organisational Change Management capability.
Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale business and technology transformation programs, including SAP-enabled initiatives.
Design and deliver enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps and organisational readiness plans that drive sustainable behavioural change.
Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to define transformation outcomes, assess organisational readiness and manage adoption risks.
Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness and adoption activities.
Design governance frameworks, change metrics and adoption dashboards to measure organisational readiness and business outcomes.
Coach executive leaders and change champions to strengthen sponsorship and embed sustainable change capability.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, delivery and SAP implementation partners to integrate change into overall program delivery.
Identify and proactively manage organisational risks, resistance and dependencies throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Support business development through client pursuits, proposals and thought leadership, helping position DXC as a trusted transformation partner.
Mentor and develop consultants across the Transformation Consulting practice, contributing to the growth of DXC's Organisational Change Management capability.Required Experience & Qualifications
12+ years' experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex business and technology transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience delivering change for large-scale SAP transformation programs .
Proven ability to engage, influence and advise executive stakeholders through complex organisational change.
Deep expertise across enterprise change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, communications, learning and adoption.
Experience designing enterprise change governance, impact assessment and benefits realisation frameworks.
Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change adoption and human-centred transformation approaches.
Experience working alongside technology delivery teams across ERP, digital, platform or enterprise modernisation programs.
Excellent consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level.
Commercial mindset with the ability to connect change outcomes to measurable business value.
Sydney-based, with the ability to regularly engage with clients on-site.
Experience within mining, resources, energy, utilities, financial services or other complex, regulated industries.
Experience working alongside global SAP implementation partners.
Prosci, APMG or equivalent Change Management certification.
Experience contributing to consulting practice development, business development and thought leadership.
Exposure to human-centred design, experience design or employee experience approaches.
