About Spatial Property Styling

Spatial Property Styling styles and furnishes homes for sale across Sydney.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Team Leader – Furniture Removalist & Driver to join our team at our new Banksmeadow warehouse.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive the truck, lead an offsider and deliver, install and remove furniture from homes across Sydney.

What You'll Do

Drive the company truck to and from properties across Sydney.
Lead and manage your offsider each day.
Load and unload furniture and homewares safely.
Deliver and install furniture in styled homes.
Remove furniture from properties and return it to the warehouse.
Work alongside our Property Stylists onsite.
Check furniture before leaving the warehouse and after returning.
Report any damage, missing items or issues to Management.
Keep the truck clean, organised and ready for work.
Help keep the warehouse organised.
Protect floors, walls and furniture when moving items.
Follow all safety and manual handling procedures.
Make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

What We're Looking For

Full Australian driver's licence.
Previous removalist, furniture delivery or warehouse experience.
Experience driving a truck or commercial vehicle is highly desirable.
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving furniture.
Reliable and punctual.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Able to confidently lead an offsider.
Careful and respectful when working in customers' homes.
Good knowledge of Sydney roads and suburbs.
Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in.
Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.

Hours

Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Minimum 40 hours per week

This is a casual position with regular full-time hours.
