Team Leader – Furniture Removalist & Driver

Signature Space Styling is a leading property styling company that transforms homes to maximise their appeal and achieve outstanding sales results. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Team Leader – Furniture Removalist & Driver to join our operations team based at our new Artarmon warehouse.
This is a hands-on role where you will ensure furniture and styling items are transported, installed and handled with exceptional care and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the truck crew on daily deliveries and collections.
- Load, transport and unload furniture, artwork and homewares safely and efficiently.
- Deliver, install and remove furniture at residential properties across Sydney.
- Assist our styling team with furniture placement and property setup.
- Ensure all furniture and homewares are handled with care to minimise damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe truck and warehouse environment.
- Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, agents and homeowners.
- Promote safe work practices and assist with training new team members.
What We're Looking For
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Previous experience in furniture removals, logistics or a similar physically demanding role.
- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving heavy furniture.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Careful attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- Start times between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM from our Artarmon warehouse.
- Weekend work also available.
