We're a takeaway coffee and drinks bar with a modern approach to hospitality, located in Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast.While great coffee remains the backbone of the business, we're also building a menu around trend-driven specialty drinks that keep customers excited and coming back for more. Think pistachio cream cold brews, strawberry matcha, tiramisu lattes, dirty sodas and whatever fun combination we decide to create next.We're looking for an experienced barista who wants to be part of building something exciting.
About the Role
- Permanent Part-Time
- Approx. 6:30am – 11:30am, Monday to Friday
- No weekend work required (although these shifts are available if desired)
- Annual leave and personal leave accruals
- Above-award pay
What We're Looking For
- Experienced barista with strong coffee knowledge
- Able to confidently handle high-volume service
- Matcha and specialty beverage experience highly regarded
- Friendly, confident and naturally great with people
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable occasionally appearing in promotional social media content

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer interaction. We want customers to feel remembered, welcomed and valued every time they visit.We're not looking for someone who simply wants to make coffee and go home. I'd love to find someone who enjoys being involved in the creative side of the business too; helping develop new drinks, testing flavour combinations, keeping up with trends and contributing ideas for seasonal specials and social media content.Please note, we're also interested in hearing from people looking for afternoon work however, these hours are still being finalised.
