Role: Process Worker – Casual

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our growing manufacturing team during busy production periods.

This is a casual position with consistent weekday hours and the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role for the right candidate.

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4pm (1:30pm Fridays) + OT when busy

About the Role:

As a Process Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our production operations, ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Packaging products into cartons and shippers, and stacking finished goods onto pallets
Performing fast-paced assembly, packing, and production line work
Meeting production targets and deadlines
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Cleaning and sanitising equipment in accordance with company procedures and regulations
Assisting with the operation of automated machinery and production equipment
Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Working effectively within a team to support production goals
Remaining adaptable under pressure and responding positively to feedback

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or process work experience (preferred but not essential)
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift heavy items when required
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Valid working rights in Australia

Pay rate is as per current award wage, dependant on experience and age.
