BRC is looking for a Leading Hand Roofer or an Experienced Roofing Labourer to join our growing team.

Positions Available
Leading Hand Roofer
- Proven experience in commercial metal roofing.
- Confident leading a crew and coordinating daily site activities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Strong focus on safety and ensuring the team works safely and efficiently.
Experienced Roofing Labourer
- Previous roofing experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and motivated to grow within the company.
What You'll Need
- Experience in commercial metal roofing.
- White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to working safely and following site procedures.
- Leadership skills or the ability to mentor and guide others (Leading Hand role).
