Our best Lead Generators consistently earn $300–$400+ per day, with uncapped commissions, weekly bonuses, and additional incentives rewarding top performers.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll work alongside an experienced team, meeting homeowners across residential suburbs throughout Sydney.

Your responsibilities include:

Speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Creating interest in residential solar solutions.
Booking qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.
Learning proven communication and objection-handling techniques.
Representing our company professionally.
Working towards personal targets and weekly bonuses.
Continuously improving through daily coaching and sales training.
