Commercial Cleaner / Team Leader in Training – NOR

Perth ECO Clean is looking for the right person to join our growing team.

This is not just a basic cleaning role. We are looking for someone reliable, switched on, and proud of their work. Someone who can follow instructions, work independently, notice the small details, and eventually help lead others as the business continues to grow.

About Perth ECO Clean

Perth ECO Clean is a local cleaning business based in Scarborough. We provide commercial cleaning, strata cleaning, office cleaning, builders cleans, pressure cleaning, and other specialist cleaning services across Perth’s northern suburbs.

We care about quality, professionalism, and doing the job properly. Our clients trust us because we are reliable, detailed, and easy to deal with.

The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Cleaning Assistant to help with a variety of work, including:

Commercial cleaning

Residential cleaning
Office and showroom cleaning
Strata common area cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, glass, bins and general cleaning duties
Builders cleans and occasional more detailed/specialist cleaning and restoration work
Driving a manual company van when required

The work is varied, so you will need to be adaptable and willing to learn.

Hours

Approximately 10–25 hours per week to start
Monday to Friday
You must be available between 7:30am and 3:00pm

no after hours work
Some weekend work may be available but is not usually required

Pay

$32.31 per hour for the first 3 months
After successful completion of the first 3 months, pay increases to $35 per hour
Further increases and advancement opportunities are available for the right person

There is genuine opportunity to move into a more senior role for someone who shows leadership, reliability, and initiative.

What We’re Looking For

You must be:

Reliable and punctual
A self-starter who does not need to be constantly watched
Detail-focused and proud of your work
Physically fit enough for cleaning work
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Able to manage your time well
Willing to learn and take feedback
Professional with clients and team members

Required

Manual driver’s licence
Working rights in Australia
Availability Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:00pm
Able to reliably get to Scarborough/NOR work locations
Preferably your own vehicle
Previous cleaning experience preferred, but attitude and reliability are more important
