Commercial Cleaner / Team Leader in Training – NOR

Perth ECO Clean is a local cleaning business based in Scarborough. We provide commercial cleaning, strata cleaning, office cleaning, builders cleans, pressure cleaning, and other specialist cleaning services across Perth’s northern suburbs.

The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Cleaning Assistant to help with a variety of work, including:
Commercial cleaning
Residential cleaning
Office and showroom cleaning
Strata common area cleaning
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, glass, bins and general cleaning duties
Builders cleans and occasional more detailed/specialist cleaning and restoration work
Driving a manual company van when required
The work is varied, so you will need to be adaptable and willing to learn.
Hours
Approximately 10–25 hours per week to start
Monday to Friday
You must be available between 7:30am and 3:00pm
no after hours work
Some weekend work may be available but is not usually required
Pay
$32.31 per hour for the first 3 months
After successful completion of the first 3 months, pay increases to $35 per hour
Further increases and advancement opportunities are available for the right person
There is genuine opportunity to move into a more senior role for someone who shows leadership, reliability, and initiative.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Professional with clients and team members
Required
Manual driver’s licence
Working rights in Australia
Availability Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:00pm
Able to reliably get to Scarborough/NOR work locations
Preferably your own vehicle
Previous cleaning experience preferred, but attitude and reliability are more important
