This is a hands-on site leadership role.
You will help supervise builder’s cleans, final cleans, handover cleans, defect cleans, and larger project-based cleaning jobs. You will work directly with the business owner to help manage standards, coordinate cleaners, inspect work, report issues, and make sure jobs are completed properly and on time.
This is not an office-only management role. You must be willing to be on site, lead from the front, and help with cleaning when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise builder’s cleans, final cleans, handover cleans, and defect cleans
- Lead small cleaning teams on site
- Allocate tasks to cleaners during jobs
- Check work quality before the builder or client sees it
- Read and follow scopes, job notes, and site instructions
- Take before, during, and after photos where required
- Report defects, access issues, damage, incomplete works, or site concerns
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, tracks, frames, surfaces, and detail areas are completed to standard
- Help complete hands-on cleaning when required
- Check that equipment, chemicals, and supplies are ready for each job
- Communicate clearly with management throughout the job
- Help train new cleaners on builder’s clean standards
- Make sure sites are left presentable, tidy, and ready for handover
- Follow site safety requirements and company procedures

- Comfortable taking photos and sending updates from site

- Professional around builders, supervisors, clients, and other trades
- Interested in growing with the business long term
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience required
- Builder’s clean, final clean, or construction cleaning experience highly preferred
- Previous team leader, leading hand, or supervisor experience preferred
- Current driver’s licence required
- Own reliable vehicle required
- White Card preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Police clearance preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to travel between sites around Perth
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on project needs
Hours and Growth Opportunity
This role will start at approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on project workload.
For the right person, this role has a clear pathway to becoming a full-time Site Supervisor / Operations Supervisor as the builder’s cleans division grows.
We are looking for someone who wants more than just a few shifts. We want someone who can grow with the business, take ownership, and help build a strong team and strong systems around builder’s cleans.
