Host / Hostess – Ghanem Hospitality Group

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Hosts / Hostesses to join our team and create outstanding first impressions for guests visiting our venues.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage reservations, bookings, and waitlists efficiently

Escort guests to tables or designated venue areas

Coordinate seating arrangements with restaurant managers and service staff

Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries

Provide information about menus, services, and venue offerings

Monitor guest flow and assist with crowd management during busy periods

Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Assist with special events, functions, and VIP guest experiences

As the first point of contact, Hosts and Hostesses play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Skills & Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and well-presented manner

Excellent verbal communication abilities

Confidence interacting with a diverse range of guests

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments

Team-oriented approach with strong coordination skills

Basic computer and reservation system knowledge

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
