We're looking for confident, energetic and personable VIP/Bottle Service Hosts to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As a VIP/Bottle Service Host, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our premium guests by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium bottle and table service to VIP guests.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Promote and sell available VIP tables and premium packages.
- Upsell food and beverage options.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of VIP areas.
- Process payments accurately.
- Comply with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with stock replenishment and event preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create an unforgettable onboard experience.
Qualifications
- Current Valid RSA
- Valid Working Visa
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Available to work weekends (day/night) and public holidays
