About the role:
We’re searching for 2 motivated and curious Cadets to join our Brisbane team and take part in a unique rotational program that gives you hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
You’ll rotate through:
- Estimating
- Contracts Administration
- Project Delivery (PM/Site Support)
Whether you’re in your final year of study, recently graduated, or exploring a new career direction, this is your chance to get real industry exposure while figuring out where you shine.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Delivery Cadet, you'll work through your rotation to support project teams across estimating, pre-construction and delivery while developing your understanding of how projects come together.
You will:
- Assist with trade package tendering, take-offs and pricing requests.
- Support subcontractor and supplier engagement during tender submissions.
- Help maintain project documentation, records and document control.
- Assist with RFIs, procurement activities and project administration.
- Support Site Managers and project teams with coordination and site logistics.
- Assist with material tracking, deliveries and project reporting.
- Participate in site inspections, safety initiatives and compliance activities.
- Build an understanding of construction sequencing, procurement and project delivery.
Learn and apply Unita systems, processes and project management tools.

What You'll Bring
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Construction Management, Construction, Project Management, Property or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A White Card and current Driver's Licence.
- A genuine interest in building a career within the construction industry.
