We are currently seeking a motivated Construction Cadet to join our growing team and support the delivery of residential projects.
Reporting to the Assistant Construction Manager, this role offers hands-on exposure across all areas of the construction process including project coordination, planning, safety, quality, and stakeholder communication.
Working closely with site teams and department managers, you will gain practical experience while supporting the successful delivery of residential developments.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Support daily site operations and project administration
Assist with maintaining safety compliance and WHS standards
Review construction documentation, drawings, and specifications
Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support quality assurance and defect management processes
Assist with budgeting, quotes, tenders, and invoice processing
Maintain compliance across AR systems and processes
Currently studying a Building & Construction related qualification
Minimum 2 years’ exposure to construction or related environments
Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Understanding of construction processes and safety requirements
Strong pipeline of ongoing residential projects
