Administration and Accounts Clerk Leichhardt – Casual 3-4 days per week

Abilities & Skills:

General administration and office coordination
Answering phones and managing email enquiries
MYOB / XERO Accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactions are correctly allocated
Apply incoming payments and perform regular reconciliations with customer accounts and bank records
Sales and Marketing/Post daily on Facebook
Maintaining accurate records and document control
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment
Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor
General clerical support & perform other duties within the scope of the role as directed
Take ownership and responsibility for your own work areas
Greeting and directing clients to the showroom

The Right Candidate

Minimum 2+ years of combined progressive experience in both accounts and reception roles
Demonstrated experience in invoice processing as part of financial due diligence activities
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Always maintain strict confidentiality.
MYOB/XERO Advanced experience highly desirable
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills including formulas

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
