Are you passionate about data, AI, and workflow automation? FOC LABS LLC is a dynamic USA-based tech startup operating at the forefront of AI-driven curation and automated data environments.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Operator to join our local team in Peakhurst.

If you love leveraging modern tools like Gemini and N8N to build smart workflows and want to be part of an exciting, fast-paced tech environment, we want you on our team!

The Schedule

Days: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Hours: 6 hours daily (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Flexibility: Hours are highly flexible. You must be open to working additional hours if the project requires it, but we support a flexible approach to getting the job done.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Sourcing: Efficiently track down and verify the correct public social media handles and profiles for a rotating, high-profile list of target brands and celebrities.
Workflow Automation: Set up, configure, and maintain automated data collection workflows directly within the N8N environment.
Database Management: Input and log necessary account addresses and configuration details into our central database for weekly scraping operations.
Quality Assurance: Monitor our systems to ensure all data streams are running correctly and are consistently passing clean, usable data.
Continuous Maintenance: Regularly update the database with new or modified data source addresses to keep our pipelines fresh.

Who We’re Looking For

AI & Automation Enthusiast: Knowledge of AI/LLMs (like Gemini) and N8N Data Automation software is required. We actively encourage you to use AI tools to expedite and simplify your daily tasks!
High Efficiency: Proven ability to work quickly and accurately on repetitive, high-volume sourcing and data entry tasks.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: A highly precise approach to recording exact social media addresses and data configurations—accuracy is everything.
Basic Data Skills: Comfortable and proficient with spreadsheets for efficient data logging and organization.
