Due to our continued growth, we are seeking dynamic, dedicated, and passionate Trade Trainers and Assessors to join our team.
We are currently looking for specialists to deliver the following qualifications:
- CPC30620 – Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- CPC31320 – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
- CPC33020 – Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will inspire the next generation of tradespeople by delivering engaging training and ensuring robust assessment standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Training & Assessment: Deliver vocational courses efficiently across various timetables and shifts, ensuring high-quality, compliant marking and feedback.
- Student Engagement: Proactively implement innovative strategies to motivate learners and maintain high levels of classroom engagement.
- Progression & Support: Monitor student progress, provide formal results reporting, and proactively manage and support student work placements.
- Quality & Compliance: Participate actively in course validations, adhere to all teaching-related administrative requirements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in line with ASQA standards.
- Currency & Professionalism: Maintain your own professional development and industry currency, alongside executing other related duties as directed by the Principal.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or higher) in Painting & Decorating, Wall & Floor Tiling, or Bricklaying.
- TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated recent industry currency and a passion for vocational education.
- Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
