We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and general administration functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of invoices, and efficient day-to-day office support.
The role will work closely with management, providing administrative and accounts support as required and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
Location: Rydalmere, NSW (relocating to Wetherill Park, NSW in the coming months)
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation
- Process supplier credit applications
- Receive, match, enter, and prepare supplier invoices for payment
- Ensure purchase order and approval compliance prior to invoice processing
- Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices and payment status
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure all invoices are accounted for
- Maintain and manage the Accounts Payable calendar
- Prepare weekly payment runs for approval
- Reconcile supplier payments in Xero
ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain document control and filing systems
- Manage vehicle registration records, including registers and renewal reminders
- Update records when vehicles are sold or registration details change
- Monitor and order office stationery and workplace supplies
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain both digital and physical records in an organised manner
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Managing incoming telephone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate team members
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using Xero (preferred)
- Good communication skills and a professional manner
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
