Security Guard / Crowd Controller – Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for motivated and professional Security Guards and Crowd Controllers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and accountability.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while representing both our company and our clients with professionalism. Whether working at licensed venues, major events, or hospitality locations, you'll play a key role in ensuring every shift is conducted safely and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit points.
Verify identification and enforce venue entry requirements.
Monitor patron behaviour and maintain a safe environment.
De-escalate conflict using effective communication and professional judgement.
Remove disruptive patrons in accordance with venue procedures and legislation.
Conduct regular patrols of venues and surrounding areas.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Liaise professionally with venue management, NSW Police, and emergency services when required.
Complete accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a confident and professional security presence.

Essential Requirements

Current NSW Security Licence (1A, 1AC, 1D or relevant subclass).
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential).
Full working rights in Australia.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgement.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
