In-Demand relocation specialist Jobs in queensland

This role is responsible for fostering strong and professional customer relationships at the worksite by consistently demonstrating a high standard of service delivery and technical competence. Key responsibilities include planning, calculating, and executing fluid management programs at the well site, ensuring all calculations are accurate and aligned with operational requirements. The role works closely with customers and site personnel to support efficient operations, proactively address technical or service-related issues, and ensure that all work is carried out safely, effectively, and in accordance with company and client standards. A strong focus is placed on meeting or exceeding customer expectations through reliable performance, clear communication, and quality execution of services.

This position will be fly in fly out but basedat Roma, QLD

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible to conduct pressure pumping operations and other job design parameters

· Safely operate and troubleshoot assigned equipment during service delivery

· Promote process and equipment improvements and best practices for assigned equipment

· Deliver services in accordance with the job plan, customer design requirements, and KPIs

· Utilise real-time data in dynamic job conditions to communicate results to appropriate parties on site

· Work with other functions to ensure equipment operating efficiency and readiness for the job

· Review customer surveys and implement the necessary changes

· Promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and guidelines.

Role Requirements

· Ability to understand service line of production enhancement, and operational procedures

· 1.5 years of previous experience

· Licensure to drive commercial vehicles

· Capabiity to work a physically active hands-on role
