The Opportunity & How You Will Make an Impact

As a Senior Team Administrator, you'll provide high-quality support to our Investment Management team, supporting multiple Directors to keep projects running smoothly and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in property, real estate or investment management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating client deliverables, preparing high-quality submissions and reports, managing project administration and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, initiative and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities while identifying opportunities to improve processes and support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide high-quality administrative support to multiple Directors and the broader Investment Management team.
Prepare and coordinate submissions, reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating meetings, appointments and communications.
Manage diaries, travel, meetings and event logistics.
Support project setup, administration, invoicing and reporting using BST and other internal systems.
Assist Project Managers with project reporting, budgeting and project health reviews.
Coordinate Work in Progress (WIP) reporting and team resourcing activities.
Produce high-quality documents and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
Manage expense processing, filing and document management in line with business requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to other Team Administrators where required.

About You

Experience in a Team Administration or similar support role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience within the property, real estate or investment management industry.
Confidence liaising with clients and building strong professional relationships.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive approach with the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Experience using project management or practice management systems (BST experience is advantageous).
