About the Role

The Head of Department - Junior Secondary / Humanities will:

Lead and support high-quality teaching and learning practices across Junior Secondary and Humanities.
Drive curriculum development, pedagogical improvement, and student achievement outcomes.
Support and mentor staff through collaborative and instructional leadership.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders.
Promote a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Contribute strategically as a member of the school leadership team.
