We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Diagnostics Territory Manager & Applications Specialist to embrace and drive our Diagnostics business in Queensland, on a full time basis. You will represent a leading brand and promote the use and sale of Hologic’s premium Cytology and Molecular products to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. This is a real opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen, relationship building skills and molecular/cytology knowledge to own and drive results across your territory. You will be working in an environment where no two days are the same, so it is important that you are resilient and driven.

We are looking for born salespeople to join us. You are a natural communicator, able to build meaningful relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor. You are a strong collaborator and team player with a passion for educating and supporting new and existing customers and assisting with product demonstrations. You will have a tertiary qualification in Medical Science, Biomedical or a related discipline. It will be essential that you have a familiarity with the laboratory environment, either through previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting or sales. Molecular and/or Cytology experience is required. You have impeccable organisation, time management and customer service skills with an ability to function autonomously as a field-based representative, while also collaborating within the ANZ Diagnostics team.
