Job description
Typical responsibilities include:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records.
Negotiating job offers and supporting the onboarding process.
Helping build the company's employer brand through career fairs, social media, and recruitment events.
Typical qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Around 2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles is a strong advantage for technology companies.
