GPS Dozer Operators

Rolleston, QLD | 7/7 Roster | Long-Term Opportunity

CMTL Group is currently seeking experienced GPS Dozer Operators for ongoing civil earthworks projects based in the Rolleston region, Queensland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering major civil earthworks projects with long-term career opportunities.

What's On Offer

7 Days On / 7 Days Off roster
Long-term opportunity
BIBO from Rockhampton or DIDO form surounding areas
Supportive team environment
Competitive hourly rates
Ongoing project work
Immediate starts available

Travel Arrangements:

BIBO from Rockhampton
DIDO from Emerald area
Drive out Tuesdays and return Wednesdays

Key Responsibilities

Operate GPS-equipped dozers on civil earthworks projects
Bulk earthworks and site preparation
Final trim using GPS machine control
Batter work and formation preparation
Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance
Work safely and efficiently to project specifications
Maintain accurate production and safety standards

Essential Requirements

Proven experience operating GPS Dozers
Experience using GPS machine control systems
Civil earthworks experience
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Strong commitment to workplace safety

Highly Desirable

Current Glencore Induction
Additional mobile plant tickets
Experience on large-scale civil or mining projects
Machinery maintenance knowledge

You are an experienced GPS Dozer Operator with a strong background in civil earthworks and machine control systems. You take pride in producing high-quality work, have a safety-first attitude, and enjoy working as part of a reliable team on long-term projects.
