Golding are seeking experienced Production Mine Operators to join our team at Kogan Creek Mine, near Chinchilla. With a 4-year contract extension, our operations are secured until June 2030, offering long-term career opportunities,
What’s on offer
- Permanent full-time positions
- Residential role (accommodation not provided)
- Monday–Friday Dayshift / Monday–Thursday Nightshift roster

We’re looking for operators experienced on one or more of the following:
- Excavators: Hitachi EX1900, EX2600, Komatsu PC3000
- Dozers: Komatsu D375 & D475
- Graders: Caterpillar 16H & 16M
- Haul Trucks: Caterpillar 785
- Water Trucks: Komatsu 785
What you’ll bring
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and site compliance
- Proven experience operating production equipment in an open-cut coal environment
- Current Standard 11
- Current Driver Licence
- Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment
- Current training transcripts
- Trainer & Assessor qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in pit dewatering is also highly regarded
