CMTL Group is currently seeking experienced GPS Dozer Operators for ongoing civil earthworks projects based in the Rolleston region, Queensland.

Travel Arrangements:
- BIBO from Rockhampton
- DIDO from Emerald area
- Drive out Tuesdays and return Wednesdays
Key Responsibilities
- Operate GPS-equipped dozers on civil earthworks projects
- Bulk earthworks and site preparation
- Final trim using GPS machine control
- Batter work and formation preparation
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance
- Work safely and efficiently to project specifications
- Maintain accurate production and safety standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating GPS Dozers
- Experience using GPS machine control systems
- Civil earthworks experience
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
Highly Desirable
- Current Glencore Induction
- Additional mobile plant tickets
- Experience on large-scale civil or mining projects
- Machinery maintenance knowledge
