Your Impact:

As a Crew member / Gardening Assistant, you will carry out hands-on gardening and landscaping duties, including general maintenance of outdoor areas. Work is performed under close supervision with regular direction to ensure tasks are completed to the required standards.

Job Description

What you'll do:

Weeding
Whipper Snipping
Edging
Hedging
Pruning
Raking
Blowing
Rubbish Collection
Garden Clean-ups
Mowing – Cylinder and Rotary
Mulching
Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning
Any other reasonable duties/assistance as requested by the Property Care Team Leader/Supervisor or Property Care Manager

What you'll bring:

Ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to develop new skills.
Reliable and works hard.
A strong commitment towards a safe work environment.
Completes mandatory and core requirement training as relevant to the role and service.
Current Working with Children Check or proof of application being lodged (receipt).
Commercial Gardening Experience (Desirable).
R-E Class Drivers Licence (Desirable).
