Landscape Gardener with experience.
All Above Reforestation Australia is an Australian forest management and revegetation specialist committed to sustainable landscape regeneration. Established in 2019 and headquartered in Western Australia, the company delivers a broad suite of services including revegetation and silviculture establishment, civil and landscaping projects, mine and bushland rehabilitation, carbon farming, and environmental restoration work. With a strong focus on sustainability, safety, and quality outcomes, All Above partners with government, industry, and private landowners to enhance ecosystem health, increase carbon sequestration, and support long-term environmental resilience across diverse landscapes. We are seeking skilled Landscape Gardeners with softscape and hardscape experience to join our team.
Requirements:
- Team player, physically fit, and safety-conscious.
- Excellent English communication skills for clear interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, smartphones, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management, reporting, and time-tracking software (Monday.com, Connecteam, Lumin, Slack, etc.).
- Experience in landscaping, including softscaping and hardscaping.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, structural requirements, and specifications.
- Experience leading a team.
- Qualifications: AQF Certificate III/IV (Australia), NZQF Level 4 (NZ), or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Key Tasks (Softscape & Hardscape):
- Plant, maintain, and care for trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers, lawns, and garden beds.
- Prepare garden beds, lay turf, spread topsoil and mulch.
- Construct and install hardscape features such as retaining walls, paving, pathways, decking, and garden edging.
- Follow project plans and instructions, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and site safety checks.
- Operate tools and equipment safely (hand tools, drills, augers, blowers, etc.) and mix plant species according to plan.
- Record site progress and measurements using tablet-based software.
- Log work hours and coordinate with Project Manager.
- Drive to project sites; 4WD may be required.
