IT Systems & Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Bayswater, WA

We are a growing WA-based manufacturing business seeking a practical, hands-on IT person to support and improve our internal systems.

We have used external IT support for many years, but we are now looking for someone who can develop a deeper understanding of our business and systems, provide faster support, and help guide future improvements.

This is a flexible part-time role with long-term potential as the business expands.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing day-to-day IT support across office and factory operations
Troubleshooting hardware, network, and user issues
Assisting with hardware upgrades and system improvements
Helping management better utilise technology across the business
Supporting reliable and efficient business operations

We are also interested in someone who:

Has broader interest in systems, automation, software, or AI tools
Enjoys improving how businesses operate through technology
Likes solving practical real-world problems

What we’re looking for:

Strong practical IT troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of hardware, networks, and business systems
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good communication with non-technical staff
Positive and practical mindset

Nice to have (not essential):

Experience with CRM systems or business software
Interest in automation or AI tools
Basic scripting or software development capability

This role is NOT for someone who:

Only wants reactive ticket-based support work
Avoids responsibility or ownership
Needs highly structured corporate environments

This role IS for someone who:

Wants to become a trusted internal IT resource
Enjoys variety and practical problem-solving
Wants to help improve how a business operates
Is interested in long-term systems improvement
