ICT Customer Support Officer
Wanneroo Patios is a successful and rapidly growing business specialising in designing and installing custom-built, high-quality patios, pergolas, carports, and more throughout the Perth metropolitan area. In addition to our core services, we also operate Exterior Life, our growing online and supply-only business, providing aluminium building products and DIY solutions Australia-wide.
With significant business growth, expansion into online sales, and investment in AI-driven internal systems, we are seeking an experienced ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team in Wangara.
This new role is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing business and help support the technology that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Provide first-line technical support for office and offshore staff across hardware, software, network, and user account issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licensing, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and access permissions.
- Maintain Exchange Online mail flow rules, security policies, and communication controls.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access removal.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and standard operating procedures.
- Support business systems including CRM, job management software, cloud services, websites, and accounting platforms.
- Assist with the integration of systems across Wanneroo Patios and Exterior Life.
- Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of new technologies developed as part of our online growth and AI initiatives.
- Work closely with our ICT Security Specialist to ensure reliable, secure day-to-day ICT operations.
About You
- Previous experience in an ICT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Windows devices, cloud-based applications, and user accounts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide friendly and professional support.
- Strong English communication skills (native or equivalent proficiency), with the ability to provide clear, professional support to both local and offshore teams.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
