The Opportunity

Join our Perth office as an Administrative Assistant on an 18-month maximum term contract basis.

In this role you will provide essential administrative support to a high performing team of lawyers and be mentored by Legal Assistants in the group. You will enjoy variety in your day-to-day, build relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders and benefit from learning and development opportunities to progress your career.

This role is full-time, Monday – Friday and 100% office based.

What you’ll do

Keep things running smoothly by managing competing tasks and deadlines.
Assist the team with matter management, time recording and monthly billing.
Pitch in with business development tasks and assist with organising client and team events.
Manage printing tasks, filing and archiving, as well as general document support.
Support day to day office operations, with a focus on processing expenses, coordinating meeting room bookings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

What you’ll bring

Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Previous experience in an administration role is desirable, or as a supervisor in retail or hospitality.
A committed and reliable work ethic, demonstrating enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
A friendly and professional approach, exhibited in your written and verbal communication style.
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organised whilst managing competing priorities.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
