- training new prosecutors in effective case management
- justly concluding a large volume of prosecutions expeditiously
You will:
- Be responsible for the training and development of all junior prosecutors within the team to ensure that they:
- learn the fundamental aspects of sound case management
- manage a file load commensurate with their level; and
- are capable of appearing as counsel in matters commensurate with their level and experience.
- Oversee the identification, thorough and effective case management, assessment, and decision-making of prosecutions where early conclusion is achievable in accordance with the DPP Statement of Prosecution Policy and Guidelines 2022.
