Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Superannuation

Quakers Hill Kindergarten & Child Care Centre is a family-owned 24-place service with a strong focus on creating a warm, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children, families, and educators.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and continue building a centre that our community loves.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring children receive the highest quality education and care while supporting a positive and engaged team culture.

You will play a key role in:

✔ Leading and mentoring educators

✔ Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework

✔ Preparing and maintaining Assessment & Rating readiness

✔ Reviewing and updating policies and procedures

✔ Building strong relationships with families and the local community

✔ Supporting enrolment growth and centre occupancy

✔ Driving continuous improvement across the service

About You

You are a confident and approachable leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating positive outcomes for children, families and educators.

You will have:

Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
